The Alliance of Insurance and Financial Professionals is a not for profit organization that currently provides association management services and representation to six (6 professional associations (named in the letterhead information above), and collectively to the thousands of insurance and financial service professionals who constitute their membership, and accordingly has relationships with over 100 business offices throughout both the major metropolitan area and New York State.

We are dedicated to insuring that only the most competent, qualified and ethical insurance and financial service practitioners serve the public interest by providing guidance, information and advice to the consumer on issues that affect their financial security and protection. To better accomplish this objective, in addition to its traditional role of providing association management services to various producer trade associations in the industry, on July 1, 2007, the organization embarked on its additional strategic mission of helping to establish a more informed consumer through outreach and education.
Our members are continuing a 121 year tradition of upholding the highest ethics of their profession, and take pride in assisting their clients in making important financial decisions on issues ranging from asset management, growth of net worth, retirement and elder planning, life, health and disability insurance planning, Medicare, Medicaid, health and long term care, college funding and succession and legacy planning.
The organization is a progressive and innovative provider of legislative advocacy, professional development and training, and state-mandated pre-licensing and continuing education programs, and through its various national affiliates, the conferment of all industry designations. The Alliance also provides marketing, promotion and public relations support for industry professionals, and is actively involved in outreach programs with consumer groups, colleges and universities, the media and legislators.
In addition to the thousands of members who affiliate with one or more of the professional associations that we administer to, the Center For Financial Studies, a non profit industry educational provider, is directly responsible for offering educational programs and services to member and non-member professionals in the financial services industry throughout New York State.
The Center For Financial Studies has been an industry provider of professional training, continuing education and insurance pre-licensing for over twenty years. The Center received its absolute charter from the State’s Board of Regents in the early 1980’s, long before state mandated education requirements were initiated. Our instructors represent some of the most consummate professionals in the industry and the quality of our curriculum and programming is a standard in the industry.
Successful professionals in the financial services industry are disciplined, ambitious and highly motivated individuals, who are providing financial services and security to their clients.
